Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use the services of Solo Local Ads ("I", "me"). By becoming a client, you ("you", "the client") agree to these terms.
1. Services
I manage Google Business Profile, Google Search ads, and Nextdoor ads for small local businesses, as described in the plan you choose. Services are provided remotely, mainly by email.
2. Fees and billing
- Service fees are billed monthly, in advance.
- The one-time setup fee for the Standard or Plus plan is billed with the first month.
- There is no long-term contract. Service continues month to month until cancelled.
3. Ad spend
Ad spend is not included in the service fee. You pay Google and Nextdoor directly, using your own payment method in your own accounts. I do not handle or mark up ad spend. You decide your ad budget and are responsible for all charges from the platforms.
4. No promise of outcomes
I make no promise or warranty of any outcome, including search rankings, ad performance, number of calls, leads, or sales. Outcomes vary by industry, location, budget, and many factors outside my control.
5. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the content of your ads, posts, offers, and landing pages, including that they are accurate and lawful. I prepare drafts, and you approve them before they are published.
- You are responsible for making sure your business and your industry comply with all applicable laws, licenses, and regulations.
- Your ads and accounts must follow the advertising policies of Google and Nextdoor.
- You agree to provide accurate business information and the account access needed for the service.
6. Platform decisions
Google and Nextdoor make their own decisions, including ad approvals, account reviews, suspensions, policy changes, and pricing. These decisions are outside my control, and I am not responsible for them.
7. Accounts
All Google and Nextdoor accounts belong to you. I work in them only with the access you grant. When the service ends, I remove my access, and the accounts stay with you.
8. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel at any time by email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month. Fees for the current month are not refunded after cancellation. The one-time setup fee is fully refundable if you cancel before setup work begins. Once setup work has begun, the setup fee is non-refundable. I may also end the service by email notice, for example if a business does not fit the types of businesses I accept.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. In no event will my total liability exceed the service fees you actually paid for the one month before the claim.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
11. Changes to these terms
I may update these terms. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version. Changes apply from the next billing month.
